Florida Governor Eludes Questions About His Heavy Metal Past
While playing host to the Republican National Convention this year may have it’s perks, there is one part of Florida Governor Rick Scott’s past that might cast a negative light on him. Governor Scott still refuses to address allegations that in the 1980′s he played bass for a small time thrash metal band called Victimyzer. The band’s only known recorded work was 1985′s demo EP “Force Of Extinction.” According to sources, he refuses to validate that era of his life giving only the statement “We all do dumb things when we are young. It was a stupid phase and isn’t relevant at all. I also played Duck Duck Goose when I was a kid.”
