My Top 20 Grindcore Albums Of All-Time
This was another hard list to compile. I updated this list on 5/19/13 and expanded it from 10 to 20 albums, keeping my rule of one album per artist to encourage exposure to more bands for the curious among you. Grindcore is far more varied and complex than people who aren’t fan give it credit for. These albums all have something different to them sonically. Also, the reason “Symphony Of Sickness” is here and “Necroticism” isn’t is because to me the latter is more death than grind. Anyway, enjoy the list and I welcome the debate!

What about avulsed?
I wouldn’t consider Avulsed grindcore. They are more straightforward brutal death metal.
Surprised you picked ND’s Utopia Banished (phenomenal album none the less) and not Scum. other than that, great choices.
Great list, although I’d put The Inalienable Dreamless from Discordance Axis in the place of World Extermination.
I don’t even understand sub genres of music anymore. I just know out of these 20 albums Human remains is 4 or 5th
