Do you like blackened dark metal? Do you like hip-hop?? Do you like pictures of cute koalas hanging on trees??? Well, then I have the album for you! “Ceremony Of Opposites” by Switzerland’s Samael is a trip down a long lightless hall on the second floor of a haunted mansion. Great organic sounds mixed with synth done to the effect of literally making you see ghosts. Few metal riffs have ever stayed with me a strongly as the opening to “Baphomet’s Throne.” This album is completely devoid of weak spots.
